The menu is a delightful celebration of classics with a twist, spotlighting popular dishes like the Pork Burrito Deluxe Dinner, known for its perfectly seasoned shredded meat and generous portions that satisfy without overwhelming. The Relleno Burrito offers a cheesy, mildly spicy experience that calls to mind jalapeño poppers but elevated with fresh, quality ingredients. Taco lovers will appreciate the variety—from the affordable beef and chicken tacos to specialty options like the creamy Avocado Pork and the indulgent Booie Taco. Each taco bursts with fresh toppings and tender, well-marinated meats, inviting you to savor every bite. Don’t miss the tostadas, a crisp and flavorful crunch, topped with your choice of beans, beef, chicken, or guacamole, promising layers of texture and taste.

Walking into Salsa Latina, you immediately feel the pulse of an authentic fast-casual Latin American dining experience—quick, friendly service meets a lively, unpretentious atmosphere. The modest dining area, while intimate, brings an energetic buzz, making it a perfect spot for a casual lunch or a quick dinner packed with flavor. One of Salsa Latina’s most appealing attributes is its genuine, unfiltered freshness. As many patrons attest, the meat is always tender and the flavors vibrant without the need for heavy sauces or artificial additives. Whether it’s a well-balanced shredded chicken taco or a hearty beef burrito, each offering is prepared on the spot, infusing every bite with warmth and authenticity. The prices, especially for a la carte options, are remarkably reasonable, letting you enjoy a satisfying meal that doesn’t strain your wallet.

It’s also important to note that Salsa Latina operates on a cash-only basis, maintaining simplicity that mirrors its no-frills approach to exceptional food. This traditional practice transcends the transactional—it’s part of the charm that grounds the experience in community and authenticity.

Simply put, Salsa Latina isn’t just another fast food spot—it’s a vibrant slice of Latin American culture woven into the fabric of Colorado Springs. Whether you’re craving a classic taco plate or eyeing the impressive Wednesday special like the Papas Burrito Dinner, this restaurant delivers food that’s as comforting as it is flavorful. Not hard to find, and you walk right into the kitchen when you enter! Close quarters to sit, but quick and friendly service when ordering. The prices are very reasonable for the a la carte items. The burritos are not huge like other places you may have been, but enough for lunch. The food is standard mexican - good flavors. The beef burrito I had was made with ground beef mixed with refried beans in a somewhat dry flour tortilla.

I was very pleased with the service that I got here. Food is delicious and taste fresh. The wait time was not bad at all and even if there is a little bit of a wait the food is worth it

Very good food, CASH ONLY! Relleno burrito was a little on the small side but deliciously cheesy inside. Reminded me of a Jalapeno popper flavor, (specifically Jack in the Box but much better). I don't really mind the size at $4.50. Chicken taco was all white shredded meat... very nice quality meat, good taco sauce. Next time I'll ask if they have a hotter taco sauce, little more spice would be nice. Loses one star because it's cash only. At least get a Square or something, it's almost 2020! Good prices, good food. I'll be back to review this again for sure.
